Private Charters

Our in-house event planners will handle everything from start to finish. We pride ourselves in creating a personal and memorable experience for all of our private charters. All vendors must be booked by the Vida Mia staff.

​Reservations
Guests can reserve private charters as far as 2 years in advance. 

​Select Charter Time
$1500/hour.
2-hour minimum.
Charter times are generally from
7:00am - 9:00am
11:00am - 2:00pm 
5:00pm - 7:00pm
Guests can modify departure times by 1 hour. 
Additional charges or food and beverage minimums are required for holidays.  
Half and full-day charters are also available.

$45 - $145/per person.
We offer three menu tiers: standard, mid-tier, and premium. 
Guests are offered the option of working directly with our chef to accommodate dietary restrictions.
Additional pricing may apply for specialty items.

Bar Service
Bar service is offered at $20/per person, per hour.
We carry a full selection of premium liquor on board.
No outside liquor will be permitted.
Please allow ample time in advance to order custom items.
Premium Bar Includes:
Titos Vodka, Cazadores Tequila, Hendrix Gin, Jack Daniels and Koloa Rums. 
Kona Longboard and Big Wave.
Wines by Byington Vineyards.

Live Music
We have a network of local musicians that regularly perform on the Vida Mia. From traditional Hawaiian to contemporary music, to groovy DJs, we’ve got your entertainment needs covered. 

Photography
We have a network of photographers that regularly work with our crew.

Florals
Floral decoration will be provided by our in-house staff or through one of our vendors.
